Norfolk beer and cider

Beer

The Norfolk CAMRA Tasting Panel run annual competitions for Bottled (including canned) Beer of the Year and Cask Beer of the Year. The winners of the past few years competitons can be found here:

Breweries

The Norfolk brewing scene is changing so quickly that it's impractical for us to keep such information up to date.

In the absence of our own information, Ratebeer has up to date information about Norfolk breweries.

Cider & Perry

CAMRA's definition of 'real cider' has changed recently, to focus primarily on the use (or lack of use) of concentrated juice. Real cider and perry should be fermented from the whole juice of fresh pressed apples or pears, without the use of concentrated or chaptalised juices.

A searchable map of real cider & perry makers can be found here (note that the map may take a little while to load!).
